Specific conditions
- The hirer of the vehicle must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driving licence.
A security deposit of €2,080 will be required for all rentals, as follows:
Either:
- €2,080 by CREDIT CARD when the vehicle is picked up or in the automatic email sent in advance
Or:
- €1,080 by CREDIT CARD when the vehicle is picked up or in the automatic email sent in advance
- €1,000 by CHEQUE when the vehicle is picked up
- An additional security deposit of €1,000 by cheque will be required upon departure of the vehicle for any holder of a licence for less than 2 years.
In the event of damage to the vehicle, a flat-rate administrative fee of €80 including VAT will also be added to the cost of repairs. This fee includes bank charges related to payment processing and claims management costs (preparation of estimates, coordination of repairs, etc.).

Conditions d'annulation modérées
A 95% refund will be permitted if the cancellation occurs 7 days before rental. A 50% refund will be permitted in case the cancellation happened between 48 hours to 7 days before rental. No refund will be possible under 48 hours before rental.
