Specific conditions

  • A Security Deposit of £250 is held during the hire period. Visa or credit card details are taken to cover the insurance excess of £500. 

  • Only named drivers meeting our eligibility criteria who have supplied suitable identification and signed the Rental Agreement can drive the horsebox.
  • Drivers must be aged between 23-75 years of age and have held a full driving licence for a minimum of 2 years, with a maximum of 6 penalty points..
  • You must provide the following documents: - Driver’s licence check code (get your code on https://www.gov.uk/view-driving-licence). - your original Photo Licence. (Unless the Driving Licence is a photo card, an original passport or photo ID card is required.) - 2 utility bills that are not less than 90 days old that identify each driver with their address and licence.
  • Security deposit may be called upon if you: Exceed the mileage allowance, return the horsebox late, return the horsebox with less than a full tank of diesel, damage the horsebox, return the horsebox insufficiently cleaned.
  • Horsebox must be returned with a full tank of diesel / Horse area to have been swept clean and washed/hosed out please! Failure to do so may incur a penalty.
  • No smoking is allowed inside the cab or horsebox / No dogs are allowed in either the cab or horsebox
  • Horses must be used to travelling and insured.
  • A rental day is up to 24h.
  • You can adjust the mileage and rental options on the next step of your booking.

Strict cancellation conditions

95% refund will be permitted if the cancellation occurs 7 days before rental. No refund will be possible under 7 days before rental.
